Weight and space both matter
Air freight is charged on the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight. The final packaging is part of that calculation, so carton dimensions and packing materials matter. Send the packed dimensions and weight when requesting a quotation.
Declare special cargo before dispatch
Tell us about batteries, magnets, liquids, powders, perfumes, cosmetics, branded goods and other items that may require review. Do not send these goods before our team has checked the requirements and provided any necessary written approval. Acceptance depends on the cargo and the agreed transport service.
