Customs clearance and shipping documentation

Prepare the paperwork that keeps your shipment moving. ANC coordinates customs clearance and documentation as part of the agreed transport service.

01

Accurate information from the start

Provide a complete description of the goods, declared value, weight, dimensions, origin and destination. Our team will explain the shipment documentation required. Product-specific permits, approvals or supporting documents may also be needed, depending on the goods and destination.

02

Confirm charges and responsibilities

Ask what routine clearance work is included in your quotation and which duties, taxes or additional charges apply. Inspections, storage, authority decisions and missing or incorrect documents can cause extra costs or delays. The customer is responsible for accurate declarations and required approvals.

03

Support beyond a single transport booking

If your cargo is being transported separately, contact ANC to discuss standalone customs support. We will review the shipment, location and documentation before confirming what we can arrange. Clearance timing and release remain subject to the relevant authorities.
